The gala is reserved for 2025 graduates (with one accompanying person per graduate).

GALA ADMISSION:
COMPULSORY WRISTBAND:
Pick up your wristband during the Graduation Ceremony at the Glaz Arena (21 June 2025): go to the "Gala Party" desk and present your registration confirmation received by e-mail.
If you lose your wristband, we will not be able to provide you with a new one, and you will be refused entry to the site.
PRICE:
€25 per person (graduate/accompanying person), to be paid upon registration. This includes: round-trip shuttle transfer, cocktail reception, 3 alcoholic beverage tickets, free soft drinks, entertainment, music until 3:45 am. Beyond the 3 included drinks, access to the bar will be available at your own expense, with preferential rates negotiated for the event.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS:
1 accompanying person per graduate, at the same rate of €25.
You can register and pay for your companion's place when you book. ATTENTION: Registration closes on 15 May 2025, also for accompanying persons (people under 18 will be refused due to security matters).

ACCESS TO THE GALA:
GETTING THERE:
Shuttles are available to take you to the site. ATTENTION, the ONLY departure time is 8:30pm, from the Glaz Arena.
For security reasons, access to the château will be by shuttle bus only. No private cars will be allowed on site, except to drop you off.
RETURN:
Shuttles will only return to Rennes city centre.

SAFETY:
For reasons of responsibility, no outside alcohol or illicit substances will be tolerated on site. Anyone who fails to comply with this directive will be obliged to leave the site.
The Gala is your last chance to celebrate your years of study together, and we've worked hard to make it a unique evening. Please play along and help us to ensure that the event runs smoothly. We want you to be able to enjoy it to the full.
All access to the Château d'Apigné without a Gala wristband will be refused (no wristbands will be distributed at the château).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you should need to cancel your place before the event, the following refonds will be applied:
- up to 6 June 2025 included: reimbursement of €22 (€3 processing fee)
- up to 13 June 2025 included: reimbursement of €12
- From 14 June 2025: non-refundable
